Senior Designer - Creative Agency, backed by a large top 10 agency

This fantastic creative agency is full of talent, from some of the best agencies in town, and they're looking for a Senior Designer who can come into the agency and support and lead in the studio. 

The agency spends quite a lot on freelance talent across Design and it's time to bring in some stability and find a Senior Designer who wants to lead the charge in the studio, help with the craft of design across their key clients, also the agency's brand but maybe long-term this Senior Designer will become the studio manager also. We're looking for a Senior Designer who has a burning desire to make beautiful work, but also lead the charge and direct their studio. 

The agency is like an independent start up, however it's backed by one of the top creative agencies. They make everything from big brand TV and ATL, to digital, social and content. Their team is nimble, agile but super talented. Any Senior Designer joining this fold will take charge, you'll have autonomy and you'll work across your own projects making stand out creative work. 

The Senior Designer needs to have excellent design and creative skills, we need a Senior Designer who has worked in a leading creative agency, you could be a Mid Level Designer looking to step up to Senior Designer level. We want someone with at least 5+ years agency experience, and you'll be smart, engaging, creative with a real passion for making brilliant work. Your portfolio needs to demonstrate a real skill and craft that is stand out.  

The Senior Designer will report into the Creative Director, but you'll work with the other senior people in the business. The Senior Designer will be a team player, someone who has the ambition to be head of design one day, and a great leader. 

The Senior Designer will work across the agency's key clients, but you'll also get involved with helping to refresh the agency brand.  

The Senior Designer will be driven and ambitious, and you'll be able to demonstrate your agency experience with absolute confidence. The work will run across all comms channels, and we're looking for a Senior Designer who has worked at an integrated level, ideally with some ATL experience. 

This agency has a pretty flat structure, therefore any Senior Designer joining this business should be able to manage upwards and downwards. The Senior Designer will work with top planners, creative directors and senior management and we're looking for a Senior Designer who can hold their own.
