Dynamic, challenging and energetic, this West London brand design and marketing consultancy works with some of the best FMCG brands in the world.
Due to unprecedented growth in any incredibly challenging time, the agency is now seeking two Account Managers to join its energetic, fun-loving team.
One of the brands you will work on has a huge focus on biodiversity so an interest in, or any experience of working on projects with an environmental slant could give you an advantage.
Digital skills plus at least a working knowledge of packaging and print are essential for this position.
One of the Account Managers will work on a pioneering farming and dairy company and your ideal skill set will be packaging, digital and CRM – but it’s not essential that you have all three.
The other Account Manager will work on a ground-breaking pudding and yogurt brand and a premium cereal, alongside some exciting new business.
The Account Manager role
You’re so bright your doctors prescribed you a dimmer switch. You’re so able to multitask, you’re reading this whilst unicycling. You’re so self-motivated, you’ve already applied for the job and you haven’t even read the description yet. You’re as discreet as a diplomat, deadlines are a doddle and detail is in your DNA. With tact in one hand and organisation in the other, you spin plates to circus-level standards. The mantra at this agency is ‘earn, learn and have fun’ – you’ll be doing lots of learning and if it isn’t fun then something’s not right!
As an Account Manager you will be looking after the agency seniors and their clients to ensure the agency delivers on its promises.
You will put together proposals, estimates, specifications, schedules and briefs. Occasionally you will turn your hand to a bit of planning, research and creative brainstorming. Account Managers have even been reported to have been seen wielding a scalpel and making a mock-up or two!
Experience and skills required
- At least three years in a busy agency environment
- Experience of consumer-facing brand strategy work
- A working knowledge of packaging and print processes
- Digital knowhow
- The ability to prioritise and own your own workload
- Strong literacy, numeracy and administration
- Excellent organisational skills
- Good creative judgement
- The ability to lead meetings and sell in creative work
- An inquisitive nature and open mind
- Common sense
- The ability to live the brands the agency works with
- To love working with people who will treat you like family!
Salary and benefits
£30-£35k depending on experience.
The agency is super sociable and offers some great additional hard and soft benefits. For example, the team chose to spend a weekend together in Madrid for their last Christmas party and the agency is closing for a week this summer to give everyone a well-earned break.
