London-based opportunity for an integrated Senior Account Manager to grow into the key person on a flagship account.
What's the opportunity?
While many agencies had a tough 2020, The Great & The Good are working with an integrated London shop that actually increased the amount of work they did for key clients.
The agency works with a number of global brands and across a broad range of projects: advertising, social, digital, events, internal comms, etc. The tight-knit team are respected as strategic and creative partners by their clients thanks to their consistent ability to produce impactful work.
Led by a supportive senior management team, the agency has built a collaborative culture where a growth mindset is encouraged - everyone is keen to continuously develop and learn from each other.
This Account Manager role will report into one of the agency's Founders and work on a flagship account. Primarily focusing on B2B campaigns, the expectation is that you will be developed to the point where you can take over the account as the strategic and relationship lead.
Who would be best suited?
We have been asked to find an integrated Account Manager or Senior Account Manager who is keen to develop their career pretty quickly. Whilst you will be fully supported in your growth, you will need to have a demonstrable willingness to learn.
As a proven Account Manager in a creative agency, you will already have shown your ability to build great relationships, translate client needs into clear briefs and to manage creative work which through the agency across a range of media.
