Head of Digital Experience - top creative agency, Liverpool
Our client is a well established brand and communications agency based in Liverpool. With a long and successful track record, the have had a great start to the year and they are looking to hire a Head of Experience to join their digital team. To be considered for this role, we're looking for someone who has a background in digital strategy - this could be in planning or creative. It's a senior role where you will work with a roster of big name clients to help them plan their digital strategies and how to execute them across the full range of digital platforms, channels and media. The strategic side of things is particularly important as is a wealth of experience in customer experience - you will work closely with client's to help them understand their audiences/markets and to identify the optimal digital channels for communication. Your ability to convert insight into actionable digital communication campaigns will be critical to success and we're looking for a Head of Experience who is an enthusiastic and inspiring advocate for all things digital and who will champion new technologies, platforms and approaches.
