With a well invested future sales and marketing strategy, coupled with a dynamic management leadership team the brand is set to continue to gain further cross channel visibility and ‘smart’ high impact marketing which will further drive sales volumes.

As part of their future team resource and structure planning, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Category Manager on an Interim or Interim to permanent basis.

THE JOB ROLE

  • This is a hands-on Category Management role which will involve you shaping category leadership presentations working cross functionally with brand marketing and particularly, the national account team with whom you will be customer facing with the major national grocery and convenience retail accounts. Reporting directly to a board member the role will have the platform to develop the future category vision which will further enhance the current brand leadership and dominance within this dynamic, growing consumer driven snacking product category.

ABOUT YOU

  • Personality, style, energy and a natural ability to both lead and follow while working as part of the sales and marketing team which has unrivalled passion and enthusiasm for this modern dynamic brand success story.
  • FMCG Category Management experience and skills wise, you will need excellent insight analysis management including building, presenting and effectively influencing category stories to both key customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience and being highly skilled with grocery retail multiple account range reviews, gap analysis and shaping category strategy are your bread and butter, but this is where you have your biggest success stories in driving category and brand growth
