Our client is a leading leisure & hospitality business who have weathered the Covid storm well.  They are currently looking for a Communications Manager to join their marketing team.  This is an award winning international hospitality business who are hugely passionate about people and experiences and this mentality is truly evident in their culture and their marketing.   The Communications Manager role is a broad and multi-faceted role and our client is keen to hire ASAP.  We are looking for an individual who is used to producing a wide variety of marketing material and whilst we are not looking for a graphic designer, we'd like to speak to individuals who have a flair for creativity and who are used to producing powerpoint presentations, internal newsletters and social media content.  These won't be run of the mill creative pieces - you'll need to be able to turn text into something interesting and engaging.  We'd like to see great copywriting skills and it is essential that you have strong editing ability, that you are unafraid to offer your opinion and that you are a fully paid up member of the grammar police.   This production of marketing and supporting material is absolutely pivotal to the role but responsibilities will also extend to internal marketing, digital content and social media.  You will work closely with the Head of Marketing, Managing Director and Head of E-Commerce so you'll need to be able to hold your own with managing multiple stakeholders.  The role will initially be home-based but in time it will be based at their offices just outside Manchester city centre.  The team is fantastic - supportive, sociable, friendly and they are genuinely down to earth people - we're looking for a solid team player who will live and breathe the same values.   It is likely that you'll have a minimum of 5 years marketing experience and whilst hospitality or leisure experience is a nice to have, it's not essential.  We're keen to talk to people immediately so if this sounds like you, please contact Fiona Christian ASAP.
