Business Development Manager, £40k plus bonus

We are looking for an outstanding Business Development Manager to work at this great business. 

The company works closely with brands and creative marketing agencies, providing a service for brands to find agencies, and agencies to win new business! They work with some of the best agencies in the UK and some huge brands, and they're growing at pace.

New business is the lifeblood for agencies, and brands and marketing teams are always looking for the best agencies, and this company is in the perfect place to set these relationships up. 

We are looking for a Business Development Manager who can help this business grow, and you'll lead and manage the company's outreach to potential agency partners – using their own database (in HubSpot), email, calls and (when possible) agency visits.

The Business Development Manager will managed the sales funnel, from those agencies that are completely unaware of this business to those that are long-term lapsed. 

The Business Development Manager will help to shape the sales narrative and associated collateral

We are looking for a strategic and smart Business Development Manager, someone who has experience in forecasting, tracking and reporting against Commercial team forecast. 

The Business Development Manager will represent the business in comms, including written documents, proposals, pitches and negotiations. You will be one of the front facing people in the business, therefore we need a Business Development Manager who has the gravitas and leadership qualities to lead projects. 

You'll be involved in negotiation of deals with agency partners and handing on to the account management team, therefore we need a Business Development Manager who has solid commercial and sales experience for this one. 

Being an active part of the commercial team and working together on group initiatives is going to be key, and we want a Business Development Manager who is a team player and a leader. 

You will be a Business Development Manager with a minimum of 3 years experience in a new business role.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager with a real passion for sales  and driving revenue is critical. 

You must have a real interest in the creative industries and a genuine understanding of the dynamics involved between brand / agencies. You could be a Business Development Manager who is working in New Business at an agency and you want to try something different.
