Sustainable Lifestyle Brand - Social and Content Manager
This is an opportunity to join a thriving lifestyle brand who are at the forefront of the industry with their purpose led value. You will be joining a vibrant and energetic team who will are passionate about what they do and believe in the real value of their brand. You will be responsible for managing all social channels content for the brand as well as creating, editing and producing content that is engaging, credible and inline with the brands vision and values.

Responsibilities - Social Content Manager
* Assist in developing a creative and ambitious social media strategy to drive growth and engagement across all channels
* Contribute to team brainstorms and idea generation for content, brand initiatives and campaigns
* Brief teams to create still and video content using our in-house studio and Adobe or equivalent editing software
* Assist in conceptualising and creating specific content for paid marketing channels
* Be a brand guardian, protecting and building on the brand's image and TOV
* Ensure you have your 'finger on the pulse' and are reactive to events you will know the customer cares about
* Assist in the performance reporting of all channels and social campaigns with a strong analytical eye, you will provide data-driven recommendations to the wider team
* Assist in producing larger brand shoots, working closely with the wider creative team to bring concepts to life whilst ensuring the content created can be used across multiple platforms
* Manage freelance content support where necessary

Requirements - Social Content Manager
* 3+ years relevant experience
* Super organised with the ability to prioritise tasks
* Must be confident with Photoshop and After Effects or equivalent software
* Familiar and confident in using photography studio equipment
* You live and breathe social media and know what works in that space
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Results oriented with an impeccable work ethic
* Self-motivated and ambitious with a positive "can-do" attitude
* A good understanding of the brand and customer
* Exceptional eye for detail
* Basic crafting abilities
