This Account Director role will be working on a globally-recognised beauty brand and focusing primarily on social media and digital campaigns. The clients trust the agency implicitly and expect to be presented with new ideas. Plus the work is creative and irreverent.
As Account Director, you will be assisting a skilled Business Director. Having been with the agency for a decade, the BD loves to mentor the team.
You will need to be a proven Account Director from a creative agency. As such you will have a track record of nurturing accounts and developing more junior colleagues.
A demonstrable capability to oversee social media and digital campaigns should go without saying whilst a keen interest in beauty/fashion/lifestyle brands would also be a big help.
