Who You'll Be Working With

My client are a highly creative, rapidly growing branding agency in North London who have a great team, deliver excellent work and a culture for ongoing development. They deliver a massive range of branding work including toolkits, naming, design and strategy, and are now looking to add an account manager and a senior account manager to their well established and growing client services team. These hires are due to project load rather than replacements. Culture wise the current team are a highly collaborative bunch with a fluid approach who support one another on clients and projects and they have a really focus on continually getting better at what they do. In terms of clients, they work with a broad range of sectors and industries so you can expect exposure to quite a diverse set of household names.

What You'll Be Doing

The job is very much that of an end to end account manager! You'll be responsible for supporting clients from the initial brief through to final delivery, helping the account to grow and keeping the client happy in the process. They don't have a dedicated project management team, so you'll be directly involved in making sure that projects are delivered in full, on time and on budget. Delivery wise, the work covers the usual mix of branding and design projects, along with a smattering of comms and some web / digital deliverables. Being comfortable dealing with very senior stakeholders (CEO / CMO level is the norm for this agency) is helpful!

We are looking for an account manager who is a highly organised, strategic thinker with exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Ideally, we're looking for someone who is used to working in a highly strategic, brand agency environment who understands the nuances of more strategic outputs, from brand identity and architecture down to toolkits. Strong financial management skills are key for this role - the account manager has complete ownership and responsibility for their work.
