Being a people person isn’t enough, your team need to know you get it, you get them but most importantly, they trust your decisions.

Coz you WILL be making all the decisions.

Workflow, project mapping, traffic management, resource planning, scope creep, milestones, touch points, internal comms and profitability.

Yeah I said profitability.

Coz moon on a stick doesn’t come cheap, so your negotiating powers will be severely tested as you talk them down off the ceiling into the real world.
