Are you an expert in client management and have experience working within venues?
This could be the perfect role for you. This role is a venue side role that will give you responsibility to play a key part in the management of the ticketing process & set up of new events.
Within this role day to day you will be are the forefront of client management, ensuring that the ticketing services are managed efficiently, clients are supported and a high level of customer service is achieved while delivering results within clients budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- To oversee the Client Account Management team and ensure that day to day client services duties are carried out to the level expected by the Client
- Maximise ticket sales and revenue by providing effective ticketing information and advice; and proactively managing inventory, ticket agents and allocations.
- Assume responsibility for ensuring the optimal performance of the client service functions. Provide leadership through effective goal setting, training, delegation and communication. Provide feedback for conducting employee performance appraisals. Formulate and implement employee development plans as required.
- Ensure that client relationships are managed efficiently through the period of onsale and beyond to maintain a good working relationship. Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and any issues they incur whilst ensuring that client deadlines are met.
You will be liaising directly with artists, press, promotional staff & sponsors to ensure to manage the ticketing for a wide portfolio of events through out the year, from music events to comedy nights. It is imperative that you will show leadership and provide a level of event specific expertise that guides our clients to making the right decision during event planning and execution.
