The Great & The Good are working with a successful boutique agency. From their London offices (currently closed, obviously) they have built exceptional relationships with global consumer and B2B brands.
As part of their succession planning, the agency is looking to hire an Account Manager who, in time, can eventually take over the relationship with a key account.
The work is very varied spanning social media, brand strategy and positioning, internal comms, creative design, etc. - loads to get your teeth into. The client also trusts the agency implicitly so you will have every opportunity to put forward new ideas.
The Account Manager will be joining an awesome team at the agency led by a supportive Management team. In the early days, you will also be reporting into a compassionate Account Director who loves to develop people into the best versions of themselves.
Who would be best suited?
This is an ideal role for a proven Account Manager from a creative agency who wants to grow into becoming a well-rounded Business Director. You will need to have shown your ability to nurture strong relationships as well as being skilled at guiding work through the agency.
Most importantly, the Account Manager will need to show that they can fit well into a tight, cooperative team who always go above and beyond.
