As one of the world's most recognised creative networks, this agency has a track record of developing campaigns that win awards for both creativity and effectiveness. Following a hugely successful 2020 (yes, really!) they are looking for a Senior Strategist to join their London office.
The Senior Strategist role will join a tight knit strategy team committed to co-operation. The main accounts will be one of the UK's best-loved organisations and a global consumer brand but in addition the role will allow the Senior Strategist to work across a wide range of accounts as well as pitches.
Focusing on CRM and customer journey programmes, you will have the opportunity to get deep under the skin of your clients' customers to create hugely personalised campaigns and emotive content.
The Senior Strategist will also be expected to be across current trends and able to translate complex issues into clear strategic briefs.
Who would be best suited?
This is a great role for a proven Senior Strategist with bags of experience of CRM and digital customer journeys. You will be drawn to accounts where you can have a genuine impact on the world yet know that commercial work is vital to pay the bills.
As Senior Strategist you will ideally have worked in cross-functional teams and therefore will know how CRM and content fit into a wider marketing strategy.
Lastly, you should share the agency's commitment to a collaborative and supportive approach shown by your desire to pay it forward and mentor junior colleagues.
