Account Director – Network Agency – hooked into Influencer space - £55k-£65k + bens DOE
TCM are looking for an AD for a globally renowned Talent + Influencer Marketing agency who, deliver influencer focused marketing solutions at scale; informed by culture, powered by data and built on human insight. We know them well - the team are friendly, experienced and encourage career development – as this is a newly created position, it is particularly suited to a candidate who will thrive in making a mark and ready for an exciting new challenge.
Amazing client list that covers fashion, entertainment and FMCG. This role will report to the Client Services Director and work to build key retained accounts across FMCG, lifestyle and consumer, whilst autonomously running global brand clients. You will be creative and strategic, bringing a talent and influencer marketing-first-first eye to client servicing.
Our ideal candidate will ideally have direct influencer experience and have worked with integrated campaigns.
ROLE
- Leading scope of work across integrated campaigns, developing strategy and activation with influencer at the core.
- Capability and comfort to supervise and drive large budgets, showing excellence of financial management; effectively handling any budget or client challenges
- Owning and growing positive and effective relationships with senior client partners, resulting in account growth and evolution
- Leading from the front with a ‘can do’ approach and proactive ownership of projects and process, upholding the highest quality standards, both in service and deliverables
- Demonstrating effective team management skills, inspiring loyalty and commitment, providing relevant level of support while instilling confidence, motivation and empowerment
