Client Director (Emp Comms, Brand)
Our client is a leading strategic creative consultancy. They specialise in engagement, brand communications, reporting and digital. They are looking to hire a talented Client Director.
The role of the Client Director is to:
Provide senior expertise to clients on all areas of the agencies propositions – brand, employee, sustainability, stakeholder reporting and digital communications. Work alongside the Heads of all Propositions to create, nurture and convert opportunities into healthy accounts where best-in-class services are delivered to clients.
Create, nurture and convert a pipeline of new/existing business opportunities
Manage the strategic relationships with a portfolio of clients in relation to client satisfaction, revenue and growth. Get under the skin of their business to understand competition, business challenges, opportunities and industry trends.
Lead project delivery in those client accounts, driving excellence, ensuring the brief is met and expectations exceeded.
Manage and mentor dotted-line reports who you will work alongside on a day-to-day basis. This is not a role for a stand-alone consultant.
Your skills and knowledge;
- Thorough knowledge of employee communications and engagement with at least 8 years’ demonstrable experience in a corporate communications environment, agency or client side, working across multiple clients and sectors
- Proven revenue generation from growing existing business
- Strong influencing skills at all levels and ability to build effective relationships, with excellent communication, presentation and collaboration skills
- Business and commercial awareness, with sound judgement and analytical thinking
