Studio Operations Manager - leading Comms Agency in Manchester
Our client is a leading marketing communications agency based in Manchester. Following continued growth they are seeking a Studio Operations Manager to join their team. This is a multi-faceted role working with a well established studio and creative team where you will manage the day to day capacity and demand across the studio department. You'll take the lead in managing the studio workflow and will own the processes of scheduling time, producing production estimates, managing suppliers and additional resource - essentially ensuring that all projects happen on time and on budget. We're looking for a Studio Operations Manager who has a minimum of 5 years agency studio/operations/production management experience. You'll need to have experience managing both print and digital campaigns - increasingly digital plays a key role in this agency and you'll need to understand the workings of digital content creation, motion graphics and animations - particularly how to cost these projects. Ideally, you'll have a little black book of freelance contacts as you'll be managing resources and the key supplier database. Strong organisation skills and attention to detail are essential assets as are excellent communication skills as you will work collaboratively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
