Customer Experience Strategist, global business, Manchester
Our client is a global business services organisation who are currently seeking a Customer Experience Strategist to join their Marketing Performance team. This is a role which will work across a number of the business's sub-brands. To be considered for this role we are looking for someone who may have in-house or creative agency experience but you must have a minimum of 5 years experience in CX Design or process design to benefit end customers. We're looking for a CX Specialist who has a bias to b2b markets and who has a data driven mind-set with the ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams to execute wide ranging marketing communication campaigns. Ideally you will have experience in Google Analytics, Datorama, Marketo and Salesforce and whilst we're not looking for a data scientist, we do want to talk to CX professionals who work closely with data teams to maximise insight and propose new CX strategies.
