Social Media Community Manager - The Role
The Community Manager will be responsible for managing the social media accounts of a number of well known brands, inlcuding clients in fashion and entertainement. The Community Manager role is a client facing position, managing the day to day social media presence for clients and contributing to their overarching social media strategy.
- Engage with the social media communities of the clients followers on platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok and Snapchat
- Use social media reporting tools to analyse the social media performance of clients accounts
- Liaise and report to the client directly on the social media presence across multiple platforms
- Write social media posts for a range of clients, adapting the tone of voice to suit the brand in question
- 2+ years experience in social media marketing
- Experienced in community management, demonstrating success in engaging with social media communities
- Strong knowledge of key social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat)
- Excellent English and proven copywriting experience
