Account Manager for growing strategic branding agency

Salary £30-35K

Are you already an account manager, but looking for a change and a future upwards career path?

This London agency has only been around for a few years, but the clients they have already attracted are pretty impressive, and the founder/leader has a very “heavyweight” and senior track record in the corporate and service branding world.

They have serious future growth plans, and so far, they’re on target to keep on achieving these, so the agency may be small right now in terms of people numbers, but we believe this will not be the case for very long.

They’re based in the West End of London, and they’re also flexible about where their team will work post-COVID – it could be partly from home and partly in the studio.

You will be the only project management/client services person in the business right now, so it’s important you have handled some branding projects before and have had some client contact, but they are not an agency who always follows a set way of approaching projects, so if you have a bit of an entrepreneurial spirit, ideas, and you’re an intelligent thinker, there could be chances to use all of that.

They develop long client relationships (they don’t just stop once the branding is done), so they also get into employee engagement and other ongoing work for those clients.

The project management side of this role is extremely important – you will be good on the detail of this, as well as loving working with clients and looking after them, so that they enjoy dealing with you and trust you.
