The Great & The Good are working with one of London's most awarded agencies. Renowned as a pioneering creative shop, they have been responsible for some of the world's most famous campaigns. As a result, they constantly attract amazingly talented people and big name clients.
We have been asked to find an Account Director for one of their flagship accounts. Supporting a compassionate Business Director, the Account Director will oversee global campaigns for a much-loved beauty brand.
The work will encompass a wide range of media (TV, digital, social, email, etc.) but at the forefront will be a focus on customer experience and personalisation.
Plus you'll be joining a hugely collaborative team at a pivotal time. As the client is re-framing the brand strategy, they are trusting the agency hugely to create impactful work.
Who would be best suited?
This is a role for an Account Director who has proven their ability to stand on their own two feet. You will have been an Account Director in an agency which steered the creative and strategic direction for clients.
As a proven Account Director, you will also have shown your finely-honed ability to nurture exceptional relationships with both clients and colleagues alike. You will also need to be adaptable and able to respond quickly to changing client needs.
A background of working on data-led campaigns is a definite must whilst previous experience of (or at least a demonstrable interest in) beauty accounts would be great. If you'd struggle to tell bronzer from bronze eye shadow, this probably isn't the role for you!
