Who You'll Be Working With

A creative agency based near Old Street with the focus being on Strategy, Experiential, Content and Design. The agency boasts world renowned international clients, team members who are experts in their field and a fast paced and collaborative culture that will ensure there is never a dull moment! They've actually done really well through lockdown, despite experiential being the core of their business model they were able to quickly adapt and deliver a broader range of work. No redundancies, a little furlough, mostly growth.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Studio Manager you will be sat at the heart of agency! The role can be broken down into three key areas. Firstly, you'll be responsible for directly supporting the creative teams from a resource and traffic management perspective. Second, you'll be involved in the general business operations. Things like onboarding new starters, setting up new workflow process, picking out new tools for the team. Thirdly, you'll be doing some of the office management style work. You will have support on the admin side of things so  you won't be ordering in the biscuits but you will be hands on with finances, raising POs etc. Additionally, you'll be involved in bringing freelance support on board, either via your own black book or via recruiters like me.

You

We're looking for somebody who is happy jumping head first into a busy environment. This is a brand new role for the business so you'll be involved in actually establishing the scope of the role! Experience in a fast-paced creative agency environment is a must - ideally in a creative services focused role with experience briefing a range of creative teams (videographers, editors, designers, photographers)

All the usual personality traits apply with this one, we are looking for somebody willing to muck in and get involved with the whole business. A "this isn't in my job description" approach won't really work on this one!

As jobs go, this one is a great opportunity to join a great agency as they hit the next phase of their development and help shape their operations as they grow.
