The Great & The Good are looking for a Business Director on behalf of an exceptionally well-known agency.
This is one of London's most-consistently successful agencies - renowned for combining insightful strategic thinking with genuine craft and attention-grabbing creative. Their client is a much-loved consumer brand with a sophisticated loyalty scheme that enjoys huge uptake.
The Business Director will oversee a collaborative team of talented people to develop the complex comms programmes for both the core loyalty product and relevant sub-brands.
Your role will therefore involve close partnership with key stakeholders within the client who trust the agency to consistently produce best in class work.
You will also have the opportunity to draw on some of the agency's brightest talents across Strategy, Creative and Development.
Who would be best suited?
This role is an ideal next step for a CRM/data-savvy Business Director who has experience of a wide mix of comms channels - email, digital, social, in-store, print, etc.. Alternatively, you may have focused on the technical side of CRM within a management consultancy or a CRM platform.
Whatever your background, you will need to have demonstrated the adaptability required by a fast-paced account as well as the diplomacy needed to communicate these changes to the wider account team.
You will have shown your gravitas with Board level clients from blue chip brands as well as your ability to nurture your own team.
