Marketing Automation Account Manager, creative agency, S Manchester
Our client is a well established creative agency in South Manchester. Easily commutable from all parts of Cheshire, Chester and Manchester and with plans for post Covid flexibility with 2 days a week working remotely. We're currently looking for an Account Manager to join the team specifically working across marketing automation, CRM and email marketing for global blue chip clients in the FMCG and Automotive sectors. To be considered for this role, you will need to have a minimum of 4 years agency experience with demonstrable knowledge of the delivery of marketing automation campaigns including dynamic content, segmentation and data triggers. You'll be used to working in a creative agency environment and able to ensure that all communications are in-line with brand guidelines and you will be skilled in managing data feeds, testing and sign off for all automated campaigns. You will be experienced in the ongoing reporting and extraction of management information to analyse and improve performance. Generally, you'll be a data savvy individual with a real interest in customer journey management and providing seamless integrated customer experiences through a creative and innovative approach to marketing automation. The clients you will work on are big global brands and you will need to be credible and able to hold your own with some strong client personalities.
