They're booming at the moment, and growing at pace and they are looking to bring on board a Senior Online Acquisition Manager. Huge opportunity, they've recently hired a Marketing Director, and they now need a performance specialist, and someone who has worked on and led B2B work at Senior Online Acquisition Manager level.
As the Senior Online Acquisition Manager you will take advantage of the further investment in their digital marketing team, to be their performance marketing and lead generation expert.
The Senior Online Acquisition Manager will have full ownership of the demand gen/capture strategy, including their paid media estate, working closely with our 3rd party agencies to ensure spend is continuously optimised, to exploit existing opportunities, but also implement and expand current activity, growing traffic and quality to deliver 'ready to convert’ leads into the sales teams.
The Senior Online Acquisition Manager will have ownership and development of the online acquisition strategy, delivering to the KPIs around - traffic, funnel optimisation and conversion.
The Senior Online Acquisition Manager will build and manage the traffic acquisition team via internal/external resource. You will have complete ownership and management of the online affiliate programme, expanding existing activity through recruitment/onboarding of new partner opportunities.
The Senior Online Acquisition Manager will have ownership of their lead-gen media estate, including SEO, PPC, Social and Display through day to day co-ordination with digital agencies. You must be a Senior Online Acquisition Manager who understands this area and can lead within the marketing team, you'll be an expert in managing major performance supplier relationships such as Google/Youtube and Facebook.
The Senior Online Acquisition Manager will be working with Product/Commercial teams to determine, drive and own the product targeting and lead generation roadmap.
We are looking for a commercial Senior Online Acquisition Manager, someone who is comfortable working with leadership to manage and maintain budgeting targets.
You will be a Senior Online Acquisition Manager with a minimum of 7-10 years performance marketing experience. You will have excellent stakeholder management working across multiple teams (Product, Commercial, Sales), and a Senior Online Acquisition Manager who regularly presents. Excellent presentation skills are a must - this role will involve regular reporting on performance and strategy updates to the leadership team, senior management, board and founder.
