Digital Project Manager- Freelance
An experience Project Manager is needed with solid agency experience for a 2-3mth contract ASAP.
Our client is an independent creative agency that works with some of the world’s biggest and best business brands. The agency has a global feel with several offices worldwide, that all work together to design multi-award-winning experiences for their clients’ customers and employees. The work they produce is incredibly varied and creatively challenging from full brand strategy and development to content campaigns to digital design and build to video and experiential campaigns.
Our clients PM team is responsible for delivering projects and campaigns (both big and small), leading client communications, costing, planning, delivery and financial management.
They are the glue that brings our diverse teams together around shared objectives, to deliver results – happy clients, happy colleagues and profitable projects.
Supported by a team of highly experienced Account Directors, the Project Managers work across several projects at any one time and the type of work we deliver for our Clients can vary greatly – you could be delivering a video, web page or digital experience one day and strategic consultancy, messaging, or a suite of creative campaign assets the next. The variety of the work means no day is the same, and there are plenty of opportunities to learn new skills. Clients are varied and most are global in nature, which means it is vital you are as comfortable building relationships remotely as you are in the room.
This role would likely be working across a couple of clients, large organisations where most of the client team is in the UK, some in the US.
We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and get up to speed quickly. You must be able to work at speed across multiple projects, managing internal
teams and communicating with clients. You will have strong financial management and process skills and relevant experience to the types of projects described above.
The purpose of this role in the Client Service team is to
Deliver high-quality work to clients in a pain-free way
Maximise income from projects through good management and efficient delivery
Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
Ensure agreed processes and agency systems are used
Report on project performance as appropriate
Contribute to the growth of the accounts
Understand the client’s business to add value to projects by connect the dots as appropriate with work across the client portfolio
