Project manager (Performance Marketing, Content, b2b)

An opportunity for a Project Manager to join a small but perfectly formed performance marketing team within a content marketing agency (b2b, tech, campaign).
You will be used to delivering a variety of great digital content (campaigns, motion graphics, film, animation) and measuring impact. You may not have lots of experience in performance marketing (it’s great if you have), but if you have been around it and want to develop in this area more, that’s great too. You will be working with the main project management team too.
You take your processes very seriously (but not yourself, too much!).
You really get a kick out of getting multi-stranded content campaigns delivered brilliantly and measured so you can iterate and learn for the next one. You can use resourcing tools and liaise with different disciplines (design, writing, dev) to get the very best out of a campaign. You can show a sharp eye for detail and control of a budget. It’s essential that you’re used to working on digitally launched content and you know what well-run campaign management looks like.
While this isn’t strictly a client facing role you’ll still need to be great with people and love building good relationships and delivering on your projects. You can be direct, challenge and improve things when necessary.

You will need 3 years experience in a pm role and if you have been in and around performance marketing, that would be ace. You need to have agency experience.
