We are looking for a Social Media Account Director, someone who has lived and breathed social and content over the last 2 - 3 years, and created some stand out work for brands that want to get noticed on digital.
This agency is one of the best integrated shops in town, if not the best. They work with some of the biggest brands in the world and they constantly win new clients. They're looking for an outstanding Account Director who has worked at a top level, ideally at a social / content led agency, or an integrated agency where the bulk of your work is social / content.
The Account Director will work within integrated teams, however you will lead the social and content work for these brands. We therefore want an Account Director who is 100% comfortable leading social work only.
We need an Account Director who is current, has their finger on the pulse, and you would have produced and made content and social work across the latest social platforms. Innovation in social is key, and we need an Account Director who knows what's new, what works and what new platforms create the best sort of engagement.
The Account Director will work within the agency's social team, which is around 80 people, and you will lead social across some of the agency's key clients. Confirmed client will be a huge travel / airline brand, and the agency has transformed their work. The Account Director will also lead across some of the agency's other clients, which include FMCG, telco, financials, automotive and many many more! The full list of clients are TBC, but the Account Director will work on huge household named brands and you'll be instrumental in creating and leading stand out social and content work.
We are looking for an Account Director who is comfortable partnering with content creators, planners, creatives and other agency teams and clients. The Account Director will drive the social projects through the agency teams, working with their internal production teams. The beauty of this agency is they have everything under one roof, and this includes production facilities. The Account Director will have exposure to projects from start to finish, working closely with all areas of the agency.
We need an Account Director who gets social, but how it fits in a brand's life at an integrated comms level. The Account Director should have excellent attention to detail, you'll be an Account Director who has a commercial head on their shoulders, and someone who enjoys driving projects and clients forwards.
You will be an Account Director who is full of ideas, someone who is naturally entrepreneurial, and someone who loves to partner with clients. You'll be a proactive Account Director, you'll enjoy the hustle of a busy agency and you'll thrive off working on really exciting clients who want to make stand out work.
