The Great & The Good are looking for an AD who can join a high profile team within one of London's most popular agencies. Working with a well-known retailer, the role spans long-term brand building, seasonal campaigns and more tactical promotions. Lots to get your teeth into.

Who would be best suited?
In short, the brief we have is to find a proven Account Director with experience of working at a brand's primary creative agency. That should mean that you have:
- Owned the day-to-day relationships with key client contacts
- Shown your commitment to guiding the client to the best possible solution - creatively and strategically
- Kept an astute eye on the account finances
- Mentored junior colleagues
You will also need to have shown your ability to work on a fast-paced, constantly changing account - preferably a retailer.
