Due to a new telco win this ATL network agency are looking for a 360 Integrated Programme Director who is ideally immediately available. If this sounds like you please get in touch! 

You can be trusted to deliver multiple projects of increasing complexity, navigating different Capabilities and disciplines, and driving better work through collaboration and planning. You are a role model to your line reports, who seek you out as a source of advice and guidance. 

Demonstrates a strong, trusted relationship with clients throughout the delivery of projects. Is a trusted individual in the delivery of projects, being consulted by the clients directly. Excels at managing expectations and resolving project-related issues directly with client.

Leads triage on their assigned clients, where relevant. Actively can participate in conversations around the creative product, adding value where relevant. 
Works with key stakeholders to ensure that creativity is protected in the delivery of the project. Can present and articulate creative work as required. Drives stronger creative work on their projects as a result.

Takes responsibility for larger projects. And feels accountable for both the work, and the process. Drives decision-making around projects, ensuring that key stakeholders are involved and consulted at the right moments, resulting in projects being more efficiently delivered.  Is able to both take responsibility for decisions and hold their team members accountable, dealing with consequences as required.

Responsible for the commercial requirements on multiple, complex projects, and manages these to commercial success on average. Ensures their project portfolio meets or exceeds commercial targets the majority of the time. Understands and clearly makes commercial decisions on the delivery on their projects to the benefit of the project.

Facilitates and drives project collaboration, ensuring that key conversations happen in a timely manner. Is able to both participate and mediate within project conversations. Proactively consults with the business and wider specialisms to ensure project needs are met. Is able to create conditions to collaborate between internal and external stakeholders which result in positive outcomes.

Anticipates and resolve problems on their own projects, demonstrating an ability to manage an increased number of projects and decisions. Is able to more actively resolve problems without requiring escalation. Demonstrates strong judgment in their decision making ability.
