Our client is the digital experience company for B2B brands and they are looking for a Project Manager to join the team. You will need to have a couple of years project or account management experience under your belt, working on digital and creative projects, and be confident in a role that is client facing on a daily basis. Working with the experienced team you will quickly grow a portfolio of skills to enhance your client relationships and build product

Key Responsibilities
The purpose of this role in the Client Service team is to
 Deliver high quality work to clients in a pain-free way 
 Maximise income from projects through good management and efficient delivery 
 Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
 Ensure agreed processes and agency systems are used
 Report on project performance as appropriate 
 Contribute to the growth of the accounts 
 Understand the client’s business to add value to projects by connect the dots as appropriate with work across the client portfolio

About you
 At least two year's agency experience working with large clients – experience working with global professional services clients is a bonus
 Experience of delivering a variety of projects including creative marketing campaigns, video and digital (websites, apps and digital experiences)
 Curious, hungry to learn new skills, unafraid to challenge and to come ready with ideas
 Values and respects the different perspectives that make working in teams great
 Bounces back from setbacks and finds solutions to problems
 Flexible – able to adapt to changes in scope, project direction and step in to support team members when needed
 Be comfortable and adept with numbers and financials
 Genuine passion for creative work with the ability to input and add value
 Fascinated by new technology and how it is shaping our world
 Comfortable working a remote setting with colleagues in the US and the UK
