 Senior Digital Acquisition Manager - £60,000 - Surrey

Looking for a digital acquisition specialist who excels at lead generation and conversion across all digital channels.


My Surrey-based client are a market leader in consumer goods who manufacture their products in the UK. They have an ecommerce website and also sell their products through a network of dealers.


The role leads the driving of online traffic to their websites (direct consumer and indirect consumers) and day-to-day creation and management of online marketing activity/campaigns - largely across paid Search, Display, YouTube, Affiliates and Social channels (currently Facebook and Instagram).

Key responsibilities include
- Day to day optimisation of all paid and organic activity - across direct consumer and indirect consumer channels (working in conjunction with 3rd party agencies as appropriate). This includes driving traffic to the direct consumer website and ecommerce platform, and various indirect branded websites (Trade and Dealer brands)
- Develop activity per channel which is appropriate and targets relevant audiences (some of which will be new, as current focus is on Paid Search, Display and Social).
- Own the key marketing KPI - lead volumes/quality and Cost per Install (CPI)
- Create best in class campaigns that focus on always driving down CPC and increasing CTR leading to a better ROI
- Work with SEO agency and Content lead to ensure best in class SEO capabilities.
- Develop, enhance and use data driven insight and reporting to drive and track campaigns and engagement and ensure that results are measurable
- Manage the acquisition spend, questioning if it is being spent effectively to grow the business (managing to CPI yearly business objectives)
- Work closely with conversion/UX and web development specialists (internal/external) to ensure customer journey is at front of mind for Digital Acquisition
- Work closely with content lead (internal) to develop educational and lead gen content/assets to support Digital Acquisition
- Implement and manage Affiliate and YouTube activity focusing on improving the ROI and looking at the full path to conversion


- Commercially astute with an excellent understanding of revenue/margins/budgets and delivery against KPIs/targets
- Experience within a large/corporate environment, creating and delivering digital marketing/acquisition strategies across multiple channels and platforms including, website social, YouTube, Affiliates, DOOH etc.
- A self-starter who is confident to take on a lead role in driving acquisition and deliver integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution
- A strong grasp of current digital marketing tools and the latest trends/strategies in online marketing and measurement
- Strong expertise in digital acquisition - PPC, SEO, Display, Affiliate, Paid Social channels etc.
- Understanding of paid campaigns on Google (Adwords & YouTube), Bing, Facebook & other online acquisition channels
- Experience developing, deploying, managing and reporting text ads, display and retargeting ads
- Experience of using Google Analytics and metrics to monitor campaign performance across PPC, Social, YouTube etc.
- Experience of Salesforce Marketing Cloud would be ideal
