Major Players are working with  an award-winning creative company with a purpose to change the way people think about work, by transforming companies through employer branding.


Their creative team is growing fast and are looking for a Product Lead.


Do you have a background in product management and are you able to lead a team of developers and designers delivering web projects for their clients?


We work across all sectors so you’ll be working with loads of stellar brands!


A bit more about the Product & Engineering team


They’re a group of web designers and developers building employer branding & careers websites in a way that hasn’t been done before. The clients purpose is to change the way people think about work, and that starts with the first impression someone has of a brand - usually online.


What will you be doing?

  • Leading a growing team of front-end developers, back-end developers and web designers

  • Acting as the expert for their clients to understand the web product process

  • Working directly with the Projects team to manage timelines, scopes and budgets

  • Creating technical spec docs to brief our developers on features and requirements

  • Getting involved in pitches to new clients for web-based experiences

  • Defining and building out the Product Management process

  • Working with other team leads in creative team across Projects, Creative Strategy, Design, Films and Marketing.

    What they are  looking for?

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar web product management role in a creative environment

  • Understanding and experience with a tech stack - React, Angular, TypeScript & Google Cloud Platform

  • Understanding and experience with design tools - Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite

  • Understanding and experience working with UX & UI designers

  • Someone who wants to expect more from their relationship with work and not have a cap on their progression
