Our client is a British icon who’s been making beautiful, everyday clothing in timeless designs from innovative, luxury fabrics for over 160 years. They’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive (Email Marketing) to take over marketing campaigns across multiple territories. The role will be based between their offices in London and their headquarters in the Midlands.

The responsibilities:

Working closely with the Head of Online in a web team of 4, enjoying regular contact with several departments within the company

Defining and delivering effective localised email marketing campaigns across multiple territories and languages

Collaborating with other teams on new and existing email templates ensuring content is delivered in an efficient and timely manner

Working on Ometria to look for ways to improve performance across the email channel using customer segmentation and targeting

Performance analysis and reporting for marketing campaigns

Collaborating with the wider marketing team to deliver direct mail and gift campaigns

Supporting all digital marketing channels, working with the internal team and external agencies

You'll be:

Comfortable working in an E-commerce environment with 2+ years under your belt

Experienced with email service providers and customer marketing platforms, ideally Ometria

Used to analysing data to develop marketing insight and increase sales as well as creating customer and email segmentation

Organised and able to plan, schedule and collaborate with colleagues to get content out as briefed, on time and to a very high standard

Appreciative of the design and manufacturing process and aware of industry trends, consumer behaviour and cultural influences

Efficient, driven and able to manage workload and deliver to weekly deadlines

Proficient in working with basic HTML, Google Analytics and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
