Display Senior Account Executive
As a Senior Display Investment Executive within the Visa/P&O team, you have three overarching responsibilities that directly relate to our agency Growth Pillars and internal Expectations Framework.
Growth for Clients: our goal is to create brilliant experiences that drive faster programmatic growth for our clients through our internal programmatic solutions. You will support Display Investment Manager to deliver outstanding work every time. You will have responsibility for planning, executing and managing multiple campaigns across Print and Digital, regular reporting in both excel and client dashboards. You will negotiate campaign pricing and values, and tracking campaign delivery against Visa/P&O price/quality/audit targets. You will be proactive in delivering insight, ideas, and innovation to clients, in the pursuit of both business results and award-winning campaigns and establish yourself as a key go to Display contact for planning teams.
Develop a Growth Team: You will have the chance to be a major contributor in shaping the culture of the team. You will manage a Display Investment Executive, their output of , and ensure they deliver best in class quality work. You will support your Display Investment Executive and ensure they are working towards their individual objectives and work collaboratively with wider Investment teams to deliver high quality, timely responses. You will participate in internal and external meetings regarding current projects, future possibilities, briefs and brainstorms and stay abreast of industry trends and transfer that knowledge to both internal team members and clients.
Drive Growth for Starcom: You are an ambassador for the Starcom brand and will be part of helping us build an exceptional reputation both within Publicis Groupe and with external partners. You will build Starcom's reputation, positive relationships with media owners and partner agencies and support Display Investment Manager/Director in driving account profitability, identify new opportunities to grow, or build upon existing revenue driving solutions. You will ensure finance protocol is adhered, including client reconciliations and finance queries and support on new business when required.
