The New Business department at Digitas is responsible for identifying prospective clients, defining the strategy to attract new clients and running the pitch process to win new business; ultimately, bringing revenue into the agency from winning new clients. The New Business team at Digitas need to be strong communicators, relationship-oriented, strategic, and knowledgeable of the agency’s capabilities and values.
As New Business Manager at Digitas, you are responsible for identifying prospective clients, defining the strategy to attract new clients and running the pitch process to win new business; ultimately, bringing revenue into the agency from winning new clients.
You are an established New Business Manager who is a strong communicator, relationship-oriented, strategic, and knowledgeable of the agency’s capabilities and values.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and ambitious New Business Manager to help us increase our value by attracting, engaging, and converting new clients, helping us to increase our financial performance and build brand equity for our agency.
You will work directly with the Head of New Business and Managing Partner, Growth, to promote and represent the agency, develop and track the pipeline of client prospects, retain regular contact with intermediaries and help with our pitch response deliverables. Ideally, the candidate will have worked in a digital agency before.
The candidate will become well versed in our agency’s products, services and case studies and will be involved in developing the right response for a new client brief.
Excellent communication and commercial skills are key, as is an eye for design and detail and an ability to work under pressure when required. Adaptability, organisational skills and the ability to juggle changing priorities are key requirements for the role.
This is a great role for someone with great and substantial experience agency side, working in a similar role.
