Strategically led, the agency tilts towards research and reporting and this role would suit an academic candidate with an interest in the wider world and geo-politics.
The role is also heavy influenced by digital, web, data and journalism, so a SAM who is a confident presenter and has a digital / social / media background would be ideal.

The account and experience required
You will work on a multilayered pan-Africa program. The program is led by an Account Director who manages a team of accounts, research, strategy, creative, production and media.
This is a complex program with a large team, so a strong ability to lead and bring a team together is essential. There is a high level of reporting across the program, so experience of writing presentations in order to write client (measure of performance) reports is required.
The Senior Account Manager role
The SAM will act as a Regional Manager for the above program and will take charge of an AM and AE too.
Key responsibilities will include identifying opportunities for content creation, briefing / overseeing production and working alongside the AD to select media dissemination channels and media buys. As mentioned, regular reporting and preparing client presentations is also required.
Salary and benefits
The salary is up to £36k depending on experience and comes with a host of additional hard and soft benefits.
