New Business/Business Development Director -Creative-LDN/WFH
Leading Independent and famous Creative agency are on the hunt for a new Business Director / Business Development Director
DNA are working with a creative agency who work with famous brands in luxury, fashion and high end brands.
As Business Development Director you will drive leads, have a great knowledge of the intermediaries and also drive growth of opportunities coming into the agency. Working with the CEO to help write killer desks, hustle the next big opportunity or pitch and drive revenue opportunities into the agency.
Is this you:
You must be working at a top 50 agency (Network or Independent is fine) and you should be happy to roll your sleeves up and help the agency win big
- Modern set of skills - how to build a strategic pipeline and generate leads and engagement with CRM and social channels
- Identify and develop content strategies based around client typologies, leveraging agency experience and strengths
- Entrepreneurial mindset and attitude. A proven self-starter who is goals-driven and who regularly meets and exceeds targets
- Strategically minded. Can write logical and compelling presentations and credentials and knows what it takes to do both
- World class networking skills. Able to manage C-Suite relationships internally and externally
- A strong background in New Business leadership, most likely gained within a leading creative/marketing services agency
Salary: £80K base plus incentive (OTE £160K)
