Job Description

You should have a future thinking mindset, preparing for not just the upcoming campaign, but putting in place measures to ensure that we are continuously improving our output.

You are now a proficient delegator and manage with simplicity and clarity and provide true partnership to the client.

You will be expected to take charge and self-sufficiently run your projects, it would suit a self-starter who is comfortable juggling multiple work streams, is keen to learn and that can comfortably talk about, defend and sell creative ideas.

With high levels of responsibility and regular access to senior people within the Agency, this position will provide an excellent opportunity to learn and create some of the best work in the business.

Qualifications

To ensure this career opportunity is a suitable match for your experience and job search, we require the following:

  • Excellent people skills and be able to work closely with the team, the creative department, other agencies and clients. A can-do attitude is a must!
  • Integrated experience
    - TV, Social, Digital and Print is a must

  • A passion for creative work and an ambition to always deliver the best creative product

  • Leads relationship with other roster agencies to ensure the best possible creative product across all touchpoints

  • To have the highest of standards, be very well-organised and take pride in attention to detail

  • Patient, articulate and influential

  • Fantastic at multi-tasking

  • Happy to operate with autonomy
