Our client helps the world's best lawyers to become even better with products that help readers stay ahead of changes in law, policy and regulations, wherever they occur. With over 2,500 institutional clients from more than 100 countries, many of their products have become the primary daily resource on industry intelligence. They are looking for a proven Head of Growth Marketing to take a leading role in one of their key business units.


We are seeking a highly dynamic, analytical, and collaborative Head of Growth Marketing to join our marketing team. Reporting to the Managing Director of Legal Information, and working closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success and Sales teams, you will build and execute strategies to drive awareness, develop audience and create subscriber growth for a portfolio of brands.

You will:

- Lead our performance marketing efforts, focused on acquiring, converting and retaining users
- Identify opportunities for product optimisation at all stages of the customer journey
- Oversee lifecycle marketing, leveraging email and social media to activate, engage, convert and retain users
- Optimise and grow the martech stack
- Build an audience development strategy
- Take a customer-first approach to all growth efforts
- Lead and develop the marketing team.


The ideal candidate will be an innovative leader with deep expertise in lifecycle marketing, performance marketing, martech, and marketing analytics. This is an outstanding opportunity for a hands-on, start-up mentality leader who is excited to build a growth marketing vision and systems.

You will have:

- substantive digital marketing experience, with a strong background in customer acquisition and retention within a digital subscription business
- experience managing a team
- strong performance marketing experience (in-house marketing team)
- demonstrated success running multi-channel, full-funnel campaigns across all channels
- deep knowledge of and expertise in martech automation/technology tools, their setup and implementation
- above all else, you are customer-centric, optimising for customer satisfaction and LTV over short-term growth hacking.
