At KISS our Strategists are fundamental in shaping the strategic output of the agency, working across brand, digital, social and customer experience and impacting directly in our client’s worlds.
KISS strategists are directly empowered to deliver impactful and creative work including facilitating workshops, writing and presenting research and planning decks, and putting human truths into the creative briefs so clients can achieve their commercial objectives.
You’ll be a truth seeker; diligent, inciteful and connective.You’ll carry out desk research to identify market and situational discoveries as well as conduct audience research to uncover cultural insights. Building deep knowledge within the client’s brand and category, you’ll be extremely curious and always keen to learn more about the marketplace alongside your passion for advertising and marketing.
Creatively and commercially aware, you’ll be confident representing the strategy function within the agency, working collaboratively alongside Creative, Account Management and others as a contributing partner.You’ll be confident generating independent thinking and providing clear oversight and recommendation to the account management team. You’ll be able to recognise how creative work is delivered against creative strategy and can challenge work based on sound strategic thinking.
You’ll be ambitious, passionate, and commercially proactive.Confident owning strategy projects from brief to delivery, you’ll write and present creative briefs, lead insightful thinking that creates emotional triggers and write effectiveness reports and papers.
A natural observer, you’ll have a value the importance of questions as well as answersWith a fascination for human behaviour and social trends and how these influence people, culture and business; you’ll confidently demonstrate the ability to balance qualitative and quantitative research to gain human truths.
You’ll be knowledgeable of the industries you work in and experienced in agency lifeDemonstrating your industry knowledge, ability to apply skills, and experience in your field, you’ll have strong presentation and communication skills and be able to confidently navigate different types of individuals and stakeholders. You will be adept at moving between groups to build stronger internal and external relationships, and understand the way agencies conduct business and what they offer to clients.
