Multi-award-winning creative agency seeks two Senior Partnerships Managers with at least five years’ experience of entertainment-led brand partnerships as well as a strong client-servicing background.

The Clients

Role 1 - For the past 9 years, the agency has been working as the go-to partnerships and promotions agency for this instantly recognizable international film company.

The company is responsible for the marketing and Box Office success of all theatrical releases in the UK. Key titles for 2021 / 22 include some of the biggest sequels in film history.

The agency work across the studios’ biggest cinema releases, developing ground-breaking, multiplatform brand partnerships, designed to drive Box Office sales.

Role 2 – In this role you will be working with the biggest gaming retailer in the country in addition to a hugely popular TV animation company who produce some of the world’s most iconic films.  

The Senior Partnership Managers required

The agency is looking for two outstanding SPMs, with a proven track record, to help them continue to deliver innovative campaigns.

So, if you’re a partnerships expert with experience identifying, negotiating and delivering significant blue-chip brand partnerships and are eager to work for a company where you can learn from passionate people with tons of industry experience, these are the roles for you!

The Projects

The agency is tasked with seeking out and negotiating ground-breaking promotional campaigns that are designed to drive interest and awareness (and sometimes revenue) around their blockbuster cinematic movie releases.

On each release, they work with the client team to define the partnership strategy and

approach for the UK, identifying target brands that meet their requirements (more often than not these sit in the non-traditional space). The agency’s remit spans pitching, negotiation and deal finalisation through to facilitating activation of the campaigns.

For the TV animation company and gaming retailer it’s similar - you’ll be responsible for identifying potential brand partners, aligning with the film company and gaming retailer’s strategies, securing pitch meetings, negotiation and ultimately closing the deals.

The roles and responsibilities

The Senior Partnerships Managers will support the Partnerships Director in the smooth running of the accounts, with frequent contact with the clients both in the UK and the International team who are based in LA.

You will also be required to support in managing campaigns through to completion, including routing artwork for approval with the teams in both the UK and LA.

You

• Competent at the fundamental skills of client servicing

• Ability to manage pipeline / timings and meet deadlines when under pressure

• Act as liaison between partner brand and client in both the UK and US, reviewing artwork and offering creative recommendations

• Networking aptitude, comfortable building relationships

• At ease presenting, virtually and in person (including to C-Suite executives)

• Clear written and oral communication skills and faultless attention to detail

• Passionate, proactive, and confident, with a sunny/collaborative disposition

• Idea generation – ability to identify thematic alignment between film briefs and potential brand

partners, liaising with the Creative Director to develop ideas and mock-ups to aid pitching
