Multi-award-winning creative agency seeks a Partnerships Manager with experience of entertainment-led brand partnerships (ideally in film), in addition to a strong client-servicing background.
This role is initially for six months but with the strong potential of it going permanent after six months if its suits both sides.

The Partnership Manager required
The agency is looking for an outstanding PM with a proven track record to help them carry on delivering innovative campaigns.

The film company client is responsible for the marketing and Box Office success of all theatrical releases in the UK. Key titles for 2021 / 22 include some of the biggest sequels in film history.
As the company’s agency, they are tasked with seeking out and negotiating ground-breaking promotional campaigns that are designed to drive interest and awareness (and sometimes revenue) around their blockbuster cinematic movie releases.
On each release, they work with the client team to define the partnership strategy and approach for the UK, identifying target brands that meet their requirements (more often than not these sit in the non-traditional space). The agency’s remit spans pitching, negotiation and deal finalisation through to facilitating activation of the campaign.
The role and responsibilities
The Partnerships Manager will support the Partnerships Director in the smooth running of the account, with frequent contact with the clients both in the UK and the International team based in LA.
You’ll be responsible for identifying potential brand partners, aligning with the film company’s strategy, securing pitch meetings, negotiation and ultimately closing the deal.
You will also be required to support in managing the campaign through to completion, including routing artwork for approval with the team in LA.
- Competent at the fundamental skills of client servicing
- Ability to manage pipeline / timings and meet deadlines when under pressure
- Act as liaison between partner brand and client in both the UK and US, reviewing artwork and offering creative recommendations
- Networking aptitude, comfortable building relationships
- At ease presenting, virtually and in person (including to C-Suite executives)
- Clear written and oral communication skills and faultless attention to detail
- Passionate, proactive, and confident, with a sunny / collaborative disposition
- Idea generation – ability to identify thematic alignment between film briefs and potential brand partners, liaising with the Creative Director to develop ideas and mock-ups to aid pitching
