Global Brand Marketing Manager - Global Footwear and Apparel brand - London - £60k

The Role / Company
The company encompasses all that might be on your bucket list as a new-age marketer looking to buck the trend - global presence, long-standing brand heritage, an ecclectic storytelling approach and a role that they want to fill! The Global Marketing Manager role has come about as a result of promotions internally. You will work closely with the wider team and be a resourceful, confident, collaborative and most importantly effective at internal stakeholder management. You will be working on the company's most sought-after campaigns so creative ability is an absolute must!

Key Responsibilities
Strategy, using insights to develop the brand marketing strategy and bring our brand purpose to life.
Deliver brand governance across the business through consumer understanding; taking the brand proposition and values to define clear brand guidelines for all communications which deliver a distinct look, feel and tone of voice
Be the go-to on the brand marketing strategy and foster relationships with internal stakeholders to deliver on this.
Manage and deliver multi-channel brand campaigns to drive brand awareness and brand affinity; managing external agency.
Delegate responsibilities to deliver consumer focused product marketing campaigns to drive consideration and purchase
Project manage brand partnerships and build marketing plans that incorporate all relevant areas of the business
Work closely with wider Global Marketing team to deliver best in class digital brand experiences and ensure output and delivery with Regional Commercial Teams.
Work closely with global Regional Marketing Teams, develop cultural brand experiences
Identify, track and optimize relevant campaign KPI's to be able to provide campaign analysis and communicate to the wider business once delivered to determine ROI

Skills & Experience
Significant experience in a similar role with a proven track record of delivering great brand marketing and content.
Strong experience in stakeholder management.
Strategically minded and collaborative, the ability to interpret the strategic vision into consumer-facing connectivity
Strong affinity with the millennial-thinking, far-reaching brands and a great eye for detail.
Sound market knowledge, you know what the drivers of brand love are and how to balance this through commercial communications
Deep understanding of digital landscape
Excellent project management skills

£60k + 10% bonus (salary is non-negotiable).
