Who You'll Be Working With

Our client is a brilliant digital agency with eComm and platform builds at their core. They've got a nice range of clients on board - some of whom are highly recognisable, some a bit more niche (but that usually means more creative control, so not always a bad thing). They've got a well established account management team, along with strategy, creative and UX, and a close relationship with a tech partner who do the technical build side of things. They are currently nine people, but due to ongoing growth they are looking to add another account manager to their team who will be looking after a range of fashion and luxury clients.

What You'll Be Doing

It's a classic account management role in that you will be the key contact for your clients and their voice within the agency. You'll predominantly be focused on the planning and delivery of eCommerce projects (across platforms including Wordpress, Shopify, WooCommerce and Magento), as well as a range of digital campaigns work. As you'll be responsible for your own project delivery your day to day will include the usual project management skill set of scoping, budgeting, and scheduling work along with managing the project through the delivery and production phase. There will be some strategic elements to the role as well, so if you enjoy a varied day then this could be a good one!

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with solid account management and project delivery, ideally in a B2B environment with a heavy leaning towards eComm and platform build projects. If you've got experience or knowledge of working on SEO and/or SEM then that would also be a massive asset! A commercial and strategic mindset would be an asset for this position, as you'll have real ownership of your clients and projects.

All the usual personality traits apply - we are after somebody who wants to roll their sleeves up and muck in with a tight knit, highly collaborative team.
