The Great & The Good are working with a hugely successful London creative agency to find a Community Manager. As part of close knit, collaborative social media team, this role will be the voice of one of the world's biggest FMCGs across social media channels.
The Community Manager will have a dual role - both contributing to social media campaigns by creating thumb-stopping posts as well as a more customer services-focused element; responding to social media comments, questions and complaints.
Our client is committed to developing the Community Manager across both social media and account handling so you will have bags of opportunities to grow your career in the agency.
Initially, this role will be a 6-month contract with a plan for a permanent role in early 2022.
Who would be best suited?
Although this is very much an entry-level role, ideally, you will already have had some experience of social media community management. You will know what makes a good post and have the ability to adapt your social media voice to the brand.
Most importantly, you will have demonstrated the professionalism needed to work with an iconic FMCG brand and be keen to learn from some of advertising's friendliest people.
