Account Directors, describe your ideal role.
In our experience, most people are looking for an agency renowned for their creative work - a few awards on the company's shelves wouldn't go amiss but key is that the agency is responsible for work that your friends and family will know and like.
Talking of clients, a relationship built on mutual respect is high on many ticklists as is a client who sees the agency as a trusted partner. Somebody who doesn't want the same old thinking but needs fully integrated campaigns that work across TV, digital and print.
There should also be trust within the agency - you will have the space to oversee your account in your way but your Business Director will be supportive and committed to your development.
Lastly, the wider team needs to be a collaborative bunch with everyone bought into the senior team's vision for the agency.
