We're seeking a highly organised and proactive Marketing Coordinator with a passion for the luxury sector to join a thriving home interiors company. Supporting the Senior Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the wider Marketing team across a broad range of projects to help develop and deliver successful marketing campaigns, whilst playing an important role in ensuring the coordination and smooth running of a fast-paced marketing department

Key responsibilities will include supporting the Marketing and Graphic Design team in successfully delivering all in-house marketing activity, which will be everything from promotions to seasonal campaigns to product launches, working closely with the copywriter and designers on bringing all content ideas to life and driving production through to completion

Liaise with various stakeholder teams from e-commerce, buying & merchandising, retail operations and trade, as well as external media and PR agencies, to ensure new product launches and seasonal campaigns are delivered to the highest standard and on time, whilst maintaining and fostering strong working relationships and best in class practices

Support with coordination, logistics and execution of all marketing photo shoots, virtual and showroom events and provide front-line assistance for the Marketing team - responding to internal, showroom and PR enquiries. Assist in the creation of marketing proposals and activation plans and actively participate and contribute to seasonal and campaign ideas

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Communications / Journalism / English or related disciplines, at least 1 years relevant marketing experience in planning and deploying multi-platform campaigns and demonstrate outstanding communication, presentation and analytical skills, as well as excellent organisational ability. 

A positive, enthusiastic attitude with the skills to work both effectively in a team, as well as independently is essential and an interest in the interior design industry advantageous.
