Senior Account Executive

Zenith is one of five distinct agency brands within Publicis Media, one arm of Publicis Groupe. Publicis Media is a brand-led organisation powered by the scale and insight of the practices; Publicis Media Exchange, Publicis Media Content, Performics, Data Sciences and Commerce.
The Senior Account Executive will be a core part of the global client teams for TikTok, working across, account, strategy, and digital disciplines supporting the delivery of best in class planning, activation, and local market execution. This role is an exciting opportunity to work across a wide variety of disciplines that will allow the right candidate to learn and grow. Furthermore, this person will be able to understand and manage the global relationships with other markets and actively communicate with different stakeholders within the agency group.
This person will be expected to support the team to drive key client projects that will include cross channel strategy development, markets coordination, supporting digital operations projects, and help identify new innovation opportunities.
The role is an exciting opportunity to work with a client that is transforming its business. ByteDance is a technology company operating a range of content platforms that inform, educate, entertain and inspire people across languages, cultures and geographies. TikTok, a product under the ByteDance portfolio is the fastest growing global entertainment brand focused on short-form content. This role is to primarily support TikTok and other ByteDance product that falls under Zenith’s remit across a number of exciting projects.
The right candidate will be able to work closely with (and receiving great exposure to) various teams and stakeholders giving this person the opportunity to learn across agency functions and be part of multiple exciting digital projects. This will, ultimately, help in defining their career path within the agency group.
1. Planning & Strategy
You will get to support the Global Account Lead and Account Executive to produce and roll out digital brand strategies to both Global and local teams that are insightful, innovative, integrated and effective.
You will get to provide support on overseeing successful implementations of the strategy and be a key player in ensuring campaigns are timely and reported on effectively.
2. Client Servicing & Management
You will get to support managing key client stakeholders across key tasks and markets.
You will get to develop relationships with internal stakeholders and be seen as a key point of reference on the TikTok team.
3. Market Coordination & Network Management
You would need to work with local market teams to share relevant information and ensure understanding & adoption of such strategies (as outlined in responsibilities above).
You would need to ensure monthly market call presentations are run smoothly and to collate and distribute feedback and plans.
You would need to ensure local markets are following the Global strategy and executing best in class plans at a local level.
You will get to support the Senior Digital Director and Global Account Lead in identifying innovations in data & technology as well as identifying new vendors on the market for central buy testing.
5. Digital operations & ad-technology
Data governance – You will oversee markets adherence and ensure data consistency across all markets & platforms. This will include tracking adherence to global naming conventions, evaluating and troubleshooting data quality issues across ad-tech platforms.
You will get to drive the adoption of ad-verification partners to optimize media to key client objectives.
6. Develop and maintain relationships
You will get to build relationships and establish the smooth running of key stakeholder groups: central Zenith account & planning and activation teams, and central/local Zenith activation teams.
You will get to report minutes and points of discussion when participating in meetings with clients and internal stakeholders.
You will get to organise diaries and meetings for the central team.
You will get to be the leader in taking weekly status notes and following up on key actions with the central Zenith team.
7. Experience Required
You should have understanding and/or usage examples of media channels (e.g. TV, radio, print, website, search, social, online video, etc.)
You should have proficiency in excel and statistics or basic modelling understanding
You should have familiarity in execution/optimization and reporting in one biddable channel (e.g. Facebook, YouTube, or paid search) utilizing tools like FB Business Manager, Google Ads, SA360, etc. is a plus
You should have experience in handling Tech clients, managing In-App campaigns and knowledge of mobile attribution platforms (Appsflyer), a plus.
