Head of Creative Studio (Full Time, Permanent)
Wanted – a dynamic creative studio lead to join an outstanding creative communications agency delivering exceptional events and experiences.
Production Bureau Limited are a leading creative communications and production agency based in Norwich celebrating 30+ years in business. With three offices in the UK, two in Norwich and one in Edinburgh employing circa 80 staff, we continue to successfully deliver inspiring virtual and hybrid events and creative engagement projects for a wide range of corporate clients within the UK and internationally.
This is a role for a passionate and driven individual looking for a Head of Creative Studio role in a fast-moving production agency. The core purpose is to lead, energise and galvanise the creative studio across multiple creative disciplines (animation, live action, graphics design, illustration, branding and creative strategy). You will be willing to shape the role, bringing your own ideas to the table, identifying and delivering creative solutions whilst driving commercial potential and development. You will support the Director of Creative & Digital by inspiring your creative team, developing our offering, championing the creative process and be a change agent for new ways of working and thinking on creative responses for projects.
You, with support from the Director of Creative & Digital, will lead, energise and develop the talent within the Creative team across design and motion disciplines, ensuring projects are delivered to an excellent standard on time and on budget, liaising with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
You will bring an excellent understanding of all things creative across different platforms, be a creative leader with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and be an experienced client relationship manager who is used to guiding client expectations. You will be confident in preparing and delivering client proposals, delivering end to end projects, and negotiating with suppliers and clients alike.
You will be experienced in managing and mentoring creative teams in multiple creative environments, and sharing best practice understanding the challenges within the production processes,
You will have awareness of the technical possibilities as well as knowledge of the latest trends within the creative field. Experience in events, exhibitions and B2B engagement is desirable.
